Diced beef not mince, 4 hours slow cook.

I do love a good Bolognaise vs Ragout argument, preferably with an Italian 🇮🇹

Can a bowl of pasta be worth €24 ?

Well yes if it has the following-

A generous handful of morels
Mushroom stock sauce of ridiculous intensity
A filling of mushroom duxelles
Crunchy olive oil crumbs
Served on mirror clean crockery
Unobtrusive service
Great company

So in this case isn’t just a bowl of pasta and worth every euro as each bite was a sensation!

⭐⭐THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT ⭐⭐

We've taken a huge step forwards today with the outgoing energy supplier, they've acknowledged the change or tenancy for the restaurant so they will now allow us to engage with and get services from our new supplier! Bosh.

Now, we've been naive enough to think things happen quickly before so we're not sticking our necks out with an opening date prediction. But we're now in a position we honestly thought we might not ever be so this is an enormous plus.👍👍. We've definitely broken the back of it.
