I am off to pastures new so my stall What's the Occasion? (122 Stevenage Indoor Market ) Is for sale.

The stall has been here since 1974 and is currently licenced to sell all aspects of Partywear/ Balloons/Artificial & Dried Flowers/ Memorials /Greetings Cards (basically anything to do with special occasions)

I have refurbished and updated it by installing new racking, new flooring, new lighting - ready to be rebranded.
* Low rent * No lease * No Rates * Good size stall * Storage facilities * security with cctv included * heating and electric included in the rent * subsidised carpark.
