Happy Friday everyone, with it being Mental Health Awareness week, what is your tip or habit to keep you in check?

One thing I’ve done for few years is on the school run every Monday / Friday ask for top 2 or 3 things we’ve enjoyed about the weekend / week. Even the small things are worth remembering and it’s great as a communication tool to know what sparks other people’s joy 🥰

With this being Mental Health Awareness Week I wanted to share a little. After a rough couple of years my children needed help to speak through their emotions. I created Team Bolton Bear to help open discussions. I did not expect how successful this would be, he has been apart of our family since the beginning of the year and he is still hugged every night.

The t shirt can be personalised with your surname or chosen name to help kick start discussions with your family/community. £15 for the bear with t shirt.
