Large kitchen/snug completed recently for returning clients.
Just to decorate the walls, however they needed some attention.
Complete sand top to bottom, cracks repaired with Fibacryl then first fill & surface fillers
The plaster around the metal beading fell out in quite a few places, they were re skim filled & all stain blocked to prevent rust stains coming through
The bifold door top reveal completely fell out which needed expanding foam, re scrim taped & bonded before 2 skim fills
Caulk everywhere including sealing the windows (for the 1st time as it wasn’t done when built)
Finally 3x coats of clean extreme durable Matt in floating veil
