Almost the finished product 😎. A few pictures of the finished pendants and also shared the broken ones (added a little sad face ☹️), all is not lost though I will find a new shell that is a similar shape to these and save the aluminium and possibly even the broken shell (make something else with them 👍). Work In Progress 😎. Some images of what I was working on last week, made from natural shells and aluminium creating a unique and individual necklace (once they are finished). I am currently working on the next 6 in my collection, currently I have 4 already completed (I will share some images later on in the week), focused mainly here on 1 design to see some of the process. The muscle shells were found on Southport beach a few years ago all cleaned, sanded and adding some mineral oil highlighting all the beautiful indigo and pearl tones of this natural material. The aluminium part of the design I wanted to enhance the natural feel of the sea from the textures and shapes I have developed.
