At last another project finished, it’s been in a state of flux for months.

“THE TRAVELER”
No one knows his real age.
Some say he’s walked out of forgotten futures and broken timelines. Others swear he’s just passing through.

He carries relics from every era he survives, a hoverboard from tomorrow, lost tech from dead civilisations, scraps of wars that haven’t happened yet. Every piece on his back is a story. Every scratch is a timestamp.
And somehow… he’s still smiling.

The mission never changes:
Keep moving. Keep collecting. Keep the timeline alive

This 4” gnome is my first step back into miniature painting, I’ve got a few more ‘big’ pieces to do then back on to the small stuff.

This one is 3d printed so lots of little lines etc… but still ok to paint. Now to get him to his new home 🤙🏻

The Stockport Ghosts have gathered again, a whole spectral parliament of painted mischief, born from mills, moorland edges and the odd whisper under the Viaduct.

Each one carries a scrap of imagined local lore, colours from market stalls, patterns from rain‑slick cobbles, echoes from Etherow’s tree line. They’re tiny spirits of place, not real hauntings, just playful fragments of what Stockport might dream up on a foggy night.

Hand cast in eco resin and hand painted, each ghost is a little guardian of the in between, part folklore, part art, part gentle nonsense.

If one of them calls to you, you’ll know. They tend to choose their humans.

About the Stockport Spirits

Wandering through the mills, markets and moorland edges of Stockport, you may stumble across one of my eco‑resin ghosts, small imagined spirits shaped from local lore, shifting eras, and a generous dose of creative mischief.

These ghosts are not based on real sightings, real people, or any recorded hauntings. They are playful inventions, dreamt up to celebrate the character of Stockport’s streets, its forgotten corners, and the stories that might have been whispered there if the world were a little stranger.

Each spirit is tied to a different moment in Stockport’s past, Victorian mills, medieval lanes, post‑war suburbs, or the wild woodland thresholds beyond the town, but their tales are entirely fictional. They exist to spark curiosity, invite imagination, and bring a touch of gentle eeriness to the everyday.

Crafted in eco resin, every ghost is a small piece of local fantasy: a nod to our town’s heritage, a wink to its folklore, and an invitation to enjoy the magic of make‑believe.
