Hi I’m Alex, Mummy to two crazy girls, crafter and compulsive tea drinker. They are all unique and made with lots of love from me to you.

I have always loved making and adding unique touches to the cards and gifts I give and after some requests from friends and family I decided to set up this little business. All personalised cards and hoops are made at home on my trusty machine using EN71 certified Polyester Felt and free motion embroidery which is basically me drawing and writing using my sewing machine. I also love to make hand e

mbroidered hoops which are designed and stitched by me. All cards are made to order and can include any message you like (as long as it’s 6 words or less) and they are all written using free motion embroidery. I was asked to make a birthday crown and wand for a first birthday and here they are. Loved this whole process from discussing and sourcing fabric and trims to planning the make and watching it all come to life. The simple colour scheme is just perfect don’t you think?

A special request for Autumn/Halloween themed Bunting and I am in love.
So much so that I might even have to make myself one as it looks so lovely on my fireplace next to my Autumn garland. Autumn is my favourite season for sure, I just love all colours.

D U C K I E S

5 Little duckies went swimming one day… and these little ducks did exactly that. They went off on a cruise ship adventure across the sea.
When I was asked to make these I didn’t even know that leaving a duck on a cruise ship for someone to find was a thing, but how wonderful is that?!

Anyways, I am getting distracted… I have a couple of things in the pipeline for this next week including a couple of special birthday makes and wonderful Halloween request which I will be gathering some fabric for from work tomorrow. The perks of working in a fabric shop hey 😉

Hello lovely people, long time no speak. I’ve been rubbish at posting on here the last few months and I have no excuse other than the fact that life is BUSY. Home life is busy, work (day job) life is busy and throw in the 6 week holidays and buying and selling a house into the mix and insta gets left on the back burner.

But rest assured I am still here, stitching away. Here is the most recent hoop I completed last week which was a special request for a special ladies 90th 🎈

I was asked to make some Jubilee badges for a special tea party happening on Thursday and how could I say no!

Introducing Queenie, Corgi and Soldier.

Not very good at managing my time when it comes to this micro business stuff and had a thought ahead I could have made extra of these to sell but i’m super happy with these little beauties. I did make an extra couple for me and my Mum to wear at her garden party on Friday.

I received a special request for a newborn hoop for a gift a few weeks ago and the recipient loved it so much that she asked for another for her other son. This is the second one as I’m terrible and forgot to take a picture of the first one 🙈

Been busy finishing off a few Mother’s Day bits this week, like this button hoop. Love the bright spring colours in this one. It finally feels like Spring is on its way, don’t you think?

I even put my spring wreath up on the door today, it’s one I made last year but added to this year and it’s been sitting in the office just waiting for that sunshine.

I’m here if you want anything making, just DM. I know I don’t shout about it as much these days but I am busy making bits in the background, i’m just terrible at remembering to post about them.
