Today’s job is in an old farmhouse, getting the floor properly prepared ready for LVT installation tomorrow.

The existing flooring has been lifted, the subfloor has been primed, and a smoothing compound has been applied to create the right surface for the new floor.

Preparation like this is an important part of achieving a clean, professional finish and helping the new flooring perform as it should.

And that’s a wrap on this fantastic full house flooring project at Hafan y Glyn, Colwyn Bay 👌

This one has included a complete flooring package throughout the property:

🪵 65m² of Canopy Floors – Moors Oak 20/6mm Engineered Herringbone installed throughout the ground floor living areas and kitchen. Every individual piece has been fully bonded to the subfloor for a solid, secure and high-quality finish.

🏢 LVT flooring installed to the home office.

🏠 Cormar Carpets – Pembroke range in Woodash supplied and installed to the bedrooms, landing and stairs.

🏡 NEW BUILD PROJECT PROGRESS UPDATE

This one is really coming together now 👌

The stairs are now fully carpeted, and the engineered herringbone flooring downstairs is progressing nicely through the property.

There are still a few finishing touches to complete, but we’re on track for this project to be fully finished by tomorrow.

We’ll share the final result once everything is complete 👀
