2025 was an exciting year for me. I got engaged and moved to Northamptonshire. After juggling my work and family life between there and Hinckley and having a massive hatred of the A14 we have decided to split our time living in Hinckley in the week and going back to Stanion for the weekends. We had planned to do this in May but circumstances changed so we could do it earlier.

I am looking forward to welcoming people back in to my new workshop (same location different room) for clothing alterations and soft furnishings.

I have been a bit quiet on here recently as my darling Mum was rushed to hospital which turned everything upside down. She’s back home now and on the mend thankfully. So I am catching up with orders. Had a final fitting yesterday in this gorgeous sitting room. One of the windows has an beam running across it so the curtain was made to fit around it. Do you think it works ?

I also made a giant house bow. Can’t wait to see it fitted.
