Tracey and myself have now retired. The shop closed on Christmas Eve 2025 after more than 70 years trading in Stony Stratford High Street.

Permanently closed.

We're so sorry to leave, but the time has come for us to go and do other things. All our love, Mark & Tracey Willis. Although we are "Open", our doors remain closed for entry into shop. We have a full selection of flowers and are trading as "Normal" except we cannot let you into shop to browse and choose your own flowers.

It's going to be emotional 😢
Christmas Eve, will be our very last day , but we're ready to go out with a bang 💥
Filled up again tonight with a fantastic selection of fresh flowers to choose from, whether florist made bouquets or select your own from our display vases.
The webshop is now closed, but call us on 01908 563283 from 9am, we'll do our best to sort out flowers ready to collect.
Sorry, we are not delivering Christmas Eve.

We have 6 Nordman Christmas trees left.
If anyone knows of a good cause that would like one, or even for yourself, please let me know.
Free of charge.
They are all 6ft to 7ft, on their own wooden block stand.
If you have your own stand, these can be cut down to the height of your choosing.
First come, first served, sorry, I cannot reserve.

We're back to full strength and normal opening hours from Saturday, 4th October.
I've had a great day buying in Covent Garden, so we have a fantastic selection of fresh flowers and plants, a new stock of winter hanging baskets, and autumnal wreaths.
All ready for this weekend, don't let the weather put you off, have a wander in, even if it's just to have a look, there's plenty to take in.

With Kim and Michelle on their own for the next 12 days our weekday opening times will be shortened, 09.30 until 16.30. Sorry for any inconvenience, but it gives them a chance to cut the flowers and tidy up at the start and end of each day.

This is without doubt the hardest thing we've ever had to write.
For those that haven't heard yet, yes, it is true that we have decided it's time to retire.
Having run out of generations to carry it forward, we also tried to no avail in finding someone who wanted to take the flower business on.
Covid changed the flower trade beyond all recognition and it became less fun, for me anyway.

Although no date has been set, we will certainly be here for Christmas, and possibly into the New Year, this does depend on how soon I can find a new tenant.
The shop, warehouse and yard is available, either as a whole or shop on it's own and then, the yard and warehouse together.
But, until then, I hope you'll continue to support us, as we'll be here selling the best flowers we can buy.
Oh, and Christmas trees for one last time.
Stony High Street has been very good to our family and I'll still be part of the Stony Stratford Business Association, to carry on putting something back into the Town to hopefully keep our High Street thriving.
