FENSA approved installers are able to continue to work through this third lockdown period. We are following government approved guidance to keep our team and our customers safe. Please see the Homeowner Advice provided by FENSA in the link, below.

If we are due to attend your premises, please notify us immediately if you or anyone in your household have any Covid-related symptoms (however mild), if you or anyone in your household are self isolating or if you or anyone in your household are awaiting the results of a Covid test. We can then rearrange for a safer date in the future.

We have now reopened safely and are following the guidance provided by our trade body, FENSA. We are catching up with all works which had to be paused back in March and are able to provide new quotes, and prepare for new installations.

FENSA have prepared a helpful Homeowners Guide which explains the steps we can all take to remain safe at the present time - we have shared a link to this on a previous post.

FENSA have prepared this helpful Homeowners Guide which explains the steps we can all take to remain safe at the present time.

This week we've released a new guide that FENSA Approved installers can share with homeowners prior to installations. It helpfully explains:

1) Circumstances when it may be safer to postpone an installation.
2) Measures FENSA installers will take to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission before, during and after an installation.
3) What homeowners can do to prepare for the visit of a FENSA Approved Installer.

COVID-19 STATEMENT: UPDATE

Following the Government announcement to extend the lockdown period, we have also had to extend the pausing of our on-site installation services. As soon as we know more about when the restrictions will ease, we will provide a further update.

In the meantime, we are able to provide telephone and email consultations and provide quotes.

Please do get in touch should you wish to discuss a project for the future and we look forward to your continued support once restrictions are lifted and our suppliers reopen.

Following the Government announcement on Monday 23rd March, we unfortunately find ourselves in a situation where our business must temporarily pause all works that involve external contact in order to help tackle COVID-19.

In this difficult time we must prioritise the health of our team, and our customers. We must also follow the guidance from the UK Government, relating to Social Distancing, Self-Isolation, and also the restriction of movement.

It is therefore with great regret that we must inform you that our business is now temporarily closed as of Tuesday 24th of March for an initial period of 3 weeks. We will continue to review the situation as things unfold.

We are working on rescheduling all current and future installations. We are confirming with suppliers the status of orders that are already in the manufacturing process, and we will be confirming with suppliers the status of deliveries that were due within the next 3 weeks. However, we have been informed by most businesses within the industry that they are also pausing all activity for this period.

We will therefore be in touch with all of our customers with an update as soon as possible.

We will remain available for any customer queries and new enquiries – we can send brochures, provide initial cost estimates and support you to be ready for projects when things begin to return to normal.
