Good evening! Welcome to any new followers and thank you to all that do follow Rafferty’s ♥️🙏
So… if anyone actually watched the kaleidoscope video i did to the end you’d have known i had booked ballet classes! Well done for patience if you did ♥️🙏
Tonight was the night after ten days or so of anxiety thinking about every possibility, overthinking basically everything as i do! OCD overload!

What a great experience, love it! Lovely people in the class and a wonderful teacher who made it very easy to feel relaxed and enjoyable. Just Dance Orkney
Best friday night in a long time, one of the best ♥️🙏🩰

Charity shop bargains and some nice vegetables and meat from E Flett Butcher and
not sweating in plastic’s like supermarket rubbish…
Shop local and support local.
Admittedly its more expensive and time consuming but depends on what price you put on better health and supporting community..!

Started this loaf first thing this morning but Kept forgetting about it! Keep remembering and beat air out then forget again!
Just out of oven ready for morning. Did some flat breads as well that I’ve been grazing on throughout day with various combinations of what i could find in cupboards.
Didn’t fancy venturing out in the winds and Not using co-op anymore means going up street and battling the 50+ mph gales head on!
Make do with what you got sometimes !
