This weekend we said ‘Bon voyage’ to this lovely, handsome man, his gorgeous, creative wife & scrumptious baby as they move back home to the States 😭 I first had the privilege of meeting her dad as a customer nearly 3 years ago, he happened to mention his daughter & her soon to be son in law, who must be a similar age to me, were looking to move to Nailsworth. Me being me went off on a trying to be helpful tangent of recommendations… turns out we were getting married a week apart, fast forward a few months later & they had made the move to Nailsworth (they had been living in England for a few years already) we quickly became great friends, even spending a Christmas Day together with my family. We’re going to miss them greatly & forever be grateful for the shop & the day I talked to much & made friends with her dad 🫶🏽
