Swadlincote Electrical Supplies, previously known as Current Force Electrics, was established in April 2004 by joint owners and good friends Stephen Morley and Andrew Jones who between them have over 50 years of experience in the electrical wholesale industry. The company originally took premises in Measham, Derbyshire but quickly out grew them so relocated to new larger premises in Swadlincote Derbyshire where they remain today! With the retirement of Andrew Jones, Stephen remains firmly at the helm ensuring that the business provides an excellent level of service with his highly trained team. One of our regular faces here at Swadlincote Electrical Supplies – Rob from Re-energize electrical.

With over 20 years’ experience, Rob has built a growing local business covering domestic, commercial and industrial electrical work across the Midlands – from rewires and EICRs to larger commercial projects.

It’s a real team effort. Lisa manages much of the business behind the scenes while now also getting hands-on and working alongside the team on the tools, Lewis works alongside Rob out on site, and apprentice Seth is learning the trade and building his experience.

NAPIT registered and fully insured, Re-energize Electrical has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability and great customer service.

Ok ok ok, we can't lie to you.
The lads deserve a break, they've worked exceptionally hard delivering the fantastic customer service that you love us for, despite illness/holidays etc..

So, we're ordering 3 days of good rest. Bathrobes, slippers, face masks, the works.
We will be closed Saturday the 29th and Monday the 31st of August.

Meet Kevin!

One of our regular faces here at Swadlincote Electrical Supplies and a real asset to our community as a highly skilled local tradesman – Icarus Electric ⚡

Kevin's been sparking for 10 years now, doing both domestic and commercial work, and has done a bit of everything. He's built houses from scratch, worked on banks, schools, restaurants... even ended up on a refurb job out at Berlin Zoo!

Today we're showing off a bit of his domestic work, but don't let that fool you - he's just as at home on large-scale commercial jobs too.

He's also NICEIC approved, so you know the work's being done properly and signed off to the standard it should be.

Icarus Electric, named after the legend, because the whole idea is going beyond what's expected. Nothing's a problem to Kevin, just something to figure out. He's tidy, he's careful with people's homes and workspaces, and he leaves things looking properly finished, not just "job done."
