🏡 From this… to THIS! 😍

Every kitchen project has a story — and this one is a great example of what can happen when Blaines manages the whole transformation from start to finish.

🎬 BEFORE → DURING → AFTER

From the original barn space, through all the work that went on behind the scenes, to the finished kitchen…

✨ Plastering
⚡ Electrics
🚰 Plumbing
🎨 Decorating
🔨 Kitchen installation
📋 Full project management

And throughout the transformation, we carefully worked around and incorporated the existing flooring and beautiful exposed brickwork, keeping the character of the old barn while creating a completely new kitchen.

The finished result features Symphony Gallery Langdale in Fern Green, Häcker Natural Vintage Oak worktops, a Blanco Choice Icona tap and new NEFF appliances.

Old character. New kitchen. Completely transformed.

Watch the video and see this project come together from start to finish!

This is what we mean when we say Blaines can take care of your project from beginning to end.

✨ Bathroom Transformation – Before & After by Blaines ✨

From a tired, dated bathroom to a brighter, more practical space! 🛁

Our client wanted to give their bathroom a complete refresh, but there was one important issue to tackle first – the floor squeaked with every step!

As part of this full turnkey project, we lifted and relaid the flooring to address the problem before transforming the whole bathroom.

The finished design features an Avalon bathroom in Metro Matt Kashmir, combining a clean, contemporary look with plenty of practical storage.

We also made some thoughtful improvements to make everyday life easier:

Removed the step into the shower to improve accessibility.

Installed a comfort-height WC for added comfort.

Added fitted furniture to make the most of the available storage.

Installed an illuminated mirror, providing softer lighting for nighttime use without needing the main bathroom light on.

The result is a bathroom that feels brighter, offers more storage and is designed around our client's everyday needs.

At Blaines, we believe great design is about more than just how a room looks – it's about making it work better for you, too.

Thinking about updating your bathroom? From the initial design through to the finished installation, our team can help bring your ideas to life.

🤎 Warm neutrals. Natural textures. Timeless design.

The move towards nature-inspired interiors continues, with soft stone, earthy beige and warm neutral tones bringing a more relaxed and welcoming feel into the home.

The Häcker AURA collection captures this trend beautifully, pairing AURA White with AURA-GL Stone Beige for a sophisticated, natural palette that feels both contemporary and timeless.

And it’s the details that really bring the design to life…

✨Vertical Channel lighting adds a subtle touch of illumination, creating practical task lighting while enhancing the clean, modern lines of the kitchen.

A perfect example of how considered materials, colour and lighting can transform a kitchen into a space that feels as good as it looks.

This brand-new kitchen was supplied, fitted and fully project-managed by Blaines, creating a beautiful new space within this stunning old barn in the heart of Norfolk.

And this wasn’t just about fitting a new kitchen — we took care of the whole room transformation, including:

✨ Plastering
⚡ Electrical work
🚰 Plumbing
🎨 Decorating
🔨 Kitchen supply & installation
📋 Full project management

The kitchen features the gorgeous Symphony Gallery Langdale in Fern Green, paired with a Häcker Natural Vintage Oak worktop for a warm, natural contrast.

Finishing touches include a Blanco Choice Icona tap and a suite of new NEFF appliances.

One of the challenges — and things we love about projects like this — was making the new kitchen work seamlessly with the existing character of the barn. The pre-existing flooring and exposed brickwork were carefully considered and retained, allowing the new kitchen to feel like it belongs in the space rather than looking like it has simply been added to it.

The result? A modern, practical kitchen that respects the character, warmth and history of this beautiful old barn.

Take a look at the video to see the finished transformation!

From the first design through to the finishing touches, Blaines can manage your project from start to finish.

🌿 Warm, natural and beautifully timeless.

Interior design is moving away from cool greys and stark whites, with homeowners increasingly choosing warmer, nature-inspired neutrals that make a space feel more comfortable, welcoming and lived-in.

Think soft clays, mushrooms, oat tones and taupes — colours that bring warmth without overpowering the room.

That’s where Macadamia comes in. 🤎

With its soft, buttery, stone-inspired neutral tone, Macadamia offers a gentle alternative to harsh whites, creating a kitchen that feels warm, calming and effortlessly elegant.

The new Symphony Lexington in New Macadamia creates a beautiful balance of contemporary style and timeless warmth.
