The right decision.
See you all in September

We're really sorry to let you know that we've made the difficult decision to postpone our Dog of the Year Show from Sunday 19th July to Sunday 20th September. After carefully reviewing the weather forecast, which predicts very warm conditions, we believe this is the safest and most sensible decision for everyone involved, especially our four-legged friends, as well as our visitors, volunteers and stallholders.

We have explored every possible contingency option. However, we have also been notified of significantly increased traffic in the area on the same day, together with potential road closures. This is likely to make travel to and from the event particularly challenging for exhibitors, visitors, volunteers, stallholders and, of course, the dogs attending.

The good news is that the show is not cancelled, just postponed, and we're determined to make sure it's every bit as fabulous as it always is!

We sincerely hope you'll be able to join us on the new date, when we can all enjoy a fantastic day together in more comfortable conditions. In fact, we've looked back at previous years and the third Sunday in September has historically provided some very favourable weather, so we're feeling optimistic that it will be absolutely pawfect!

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We can't wait to welcome you and your dogs for a wonderful day of fun, celebration and community on Sunday 20th September.
