Homemade pitta, nothing like those cardboard things you get in the supermarket! Used the Cookidoo recipe but subā€™d in wholemeal bread flour for white. The ingredients only cost me 68p and I got 8 deliciously big puffy pittas for thatšŸ„™.
My TM7 did all the heavy lifting, weighing the ingredients then kneading the dough. And it washed itself up after as well šŸ˜

A delicious and versatile chicken curry, big enough to serve the whole family! Layered cooking at its best - sauce cooks in the bowl whilst the potatoes and chicken steam in the Varoma. Saves you time, electricity and washing up (especially as the TM7 washes itself up anyway!).

Quick flatbreads, think Iā€™ve made these every time Iā€™ve visited my daughter! Served with Tikka Halloumi, that I didnā€™t get a pic of but courtesy of . Utterly delish but think Iā€™d add in some chickpeas to the tikka dish next time to make it go further and make it a little less salty.
Tikka paste, mango chutney and garlic mayo can all be made in your Thermomix!
