A lovely bread workshop today...stuffed flatbread, double chocolate rolls, cinnamon and apple rolls, and a good old fashioned brown plaited loaf.... delicious smells filled the Dairy and permeated out into the courtyard....lots of very jealous visitors drooled outside...my littlest baker - age 9 had a very successful and tasty day!

This is the full course and not the taster session.
We will be making 3 different breads, 1 plain loaf/rolls. 1 savoury bread and 1 sweet bread.

I had a fabulous time with Bwyd Abertawe on Monday. We had a sourdough session.. which was great...but we all sat down and had the best lunch too...the lovely ladies bringing several dishes which went brilliantly with the soup I made...what is better than a shared table...lots of stories and much laughter!
