Some exciting news! 🥂✨

My new website is now LIVE! I’d love you to have a look and let me know what you think.

I’m also making a slight change to my cookery classes. From now on, classes will be in groups of 4–8 people, creating a more personal, relaxed and sociable experience where you can learn new skills, cook delicious food and have fun!

I’m really looking forward to this next chapter and welcoming you along!

A brilliant birthday celebration at Parc-Le-Breos Country House & Restaurant for 36 of us. Great food, plenty of laughs and a lovely evening spent with good company.

Salmon terrine with horseradish cream and beetroot jus.

A dish recently created during one of our group cooking classes. Delicate salmon, sharp horseradish cream and earthy beetroot, finished with a vibrant jus.

What a brilliant group, six lovely ladies who travelled from around the Cardiff area to spend the day cooking together. 👩‍🍳

They first joined me for my Kate Canapés demo in Cowbridge back in July, and I was so thrilled they enjoyed it enough to come back for a full cookery day!

Lots of cooking, plenty of laughs and, of course, lots of delicious food.
