One of those modes is Sous vide, a real cheffy way of cooking amazingly tasty and tender food you can easily achieve in your own Kitchen.

Today for lunch I prepared Chicken Breast Ballotine served with a Red Pepper sauce cooked via the Sous vide method, the chicken melts in your mouth and the flavors of ricotta, tarragon and artichoke from the filling compliment the overall dish, the Red Pepper sauce was tangy and delicious..
you can choose any accompaniments with this chicken dish and I chose Roasted rosemary potatoes and cauliflower cheese.. finished in a hot oven but all cooked in the amazing Thermomix TM7.
