Although we personally wanted to keep our high-street store, the reality was that increasing overheads, parking difficulties and the current economic climate were making it more and more difficult.
We also appreciate that many of our customers are feeling the pressure of increased living costs.
By making the decision to close the high-street store and operate from our warehouse, we have significantly reduced our overheads. This allows us to remain extremely competitive and continue doing what we have always tried to do:

The flooring industry is currently facing some very challenging times. One of the UK’s largest flooring suppliers, a company KSC Carpets has purchased from, has recently entered administration, putting a significant number of jobs at risk. We sincerely hope a solution can be found that protects the business and, most importantly, the people whose livelihoods depend on it.
Fortunately, KSC Carpets has always worked with a wide range of suppliers and we purchase much of our flooring directly from manufacturers throughout the UK and Europe. We will continue working extremely hard to source the best products and secure the very best deals we can for our customers.
