Another week, another batch of back-breaking garden upgrades so you don't have to lift a finger. 🔨🏼

Here’s a sneak peek at what left the workshop this week:

Monday: Kicked off with a solid 10x9 garden shed, complete with a classic ledged & braced door and toughened glass. Built to outlast the British weather.

Tuesday: Double trouble. A neat 7x5 apex shed plus an 8x6 lean-to packed with EPDM rubber roofing, guttering, and toughened glass windows.

Thursday: The main event. A massive 32x10 combi building featuring a 12x10 shed on the left, paired with a gorgeous 20x10 gazebo on the right, anchored by heavy-duty 4x4 posts and slick anthracite slatted panels.

Friday: Wrapped up with a custom 15x6 shed boasting a 12” roof overhang and full EPDM protection.

Along with a 5x4 shed and a 16x5 summerhouse, take a quick walkaround with us of this stunning 13ft x 9ft Corner Summerhouse! Designed, handcrafted, and installed right here in the UK by our hardworking team, this build is the perfect blend of style, space, and all-weather practicality.

The Exterior Highlights:
Extended Roof & Overhangs: Features a 1ft overhang to the left and a generous 3ft overhang wrapping around the perimeter, complete with modern integrated roof spotlights for an evening glow.

External Cladding: Clad externally in ex16mm matching timber, treated in our rich Oak Wax and solvent-based preservative for maximum weather protection.

Heavy-Duty Roofing: Topped with a seamless 1.14mm EPDM rubber roof built to withstand British weather for decades.

The Interior & Specs:

Fully Insulated: Fitted with 25mm PIR foil insulation under the floor, plus 50mm PIR insulation in the walls and ceiling—keeping it warm in winter and cool in summer!

Natural Light: 3/4-glazed double doors, 2 fixed windows, and 2 top-opening windows for great airflow, all double-glazed with 14mm units.

Ready to Plug In: Complete with its own consumer unit, 6 internal LED downlights, light switch, and 3 double sockets for ultimate convenience.

Clean Finish: Beautifully lined inside with ex16mm matching timber, giving it a fresh, natural aesthetic.

🔥 Saturday Showcase: We survived the heatwave!

The sun came out blazing this week, but our team powered through to manufacture, deliver, and install some absolute beauties for our brilliant customers. Here is what we got up to:

Mon & Tues: A massive 3-in-1 hat-trick for one property! We put up a handy 5x4 storage shed, a spacious 16x5 summerhouse, and a stunning 13x9 corner summerhouse fully fitted with insulation, electrics, roof spotlights, and heavy-duty EPDM rubber roofing. Talk about a garden glow-up!

Wed: A charming 12x5 chalet featuring classic window boxes, double doors, and toughened glass. Delivered primed and ready for the customer to add their own splash of colour.

Thurs: Stepping up the style game in the heat with an 8x6 summerhouse, dressed in full sun windows and our lush Oak Wax treatment.

Fri: Wrapped up the week with a 13x11 reverse pent garden workshop—plenty of natural light and proper heavy-duty storage space.

🌟 Feature Friday! 🌟

Will this heatwave ever end? (Not that we’re complaining—it's prime garden weather! ☀️🍺)

While the sun’s been blazing, the team at Midland Garden Buildings has been flat out building, insulating, and delivering across the region. Here’s a peek at what we’ve been up to this week:

🏠 Monday: Kickstarted the week with a classic 8’ x 8’ Pent Shed, fitted with 4mm toughened glass windows and a sturdy standard door. Built to last!

✨ Tuesday & Wednesday: Double duty on a massive 20’ x 8’ Combi—part summerhouse, part shed, fully insulated and lined, complete with an EPDM rubber roof and full electrics. We also popped up a neat 7’ x 5’ Pent Shed to wrap up Wednesday.

🍻 Thursday & Friday: The main event—an absolute showstopper 14’ x 10’ Apex Pub! Fully insulated and clad inside, equipped with a custom bar, optics, TV corner unit, electrics, and slick anthracite finishes. (Plus a matching 7’ x 5’ shed next door for the customer’s lawnmower!).

Safe to say, someone’s having a legendary weekend in their new local! 😉

22nd July | The Dream Workshop 🛠️
Spec: 16’ x 12’ Pent Workshop
The Details: Handcrafted 70” x 30” double doors, twin 18”x24” double-glazed windows, and a warm wax/solvent oak finish.

23rd July | Cozy All Year Round ☕
Spec: 10’ x 8’ Garden Room (with a 2’ floor & roof extension)
The Details: 14mm double-glazed doors & top-opening windows, full insulation, internal cladding, and full electrics.

24th July | Light & Bright Summerhouse ☀️

Anyone that visits our showroom or has one of our sheds installed will tell you that our quality is second to none, simply the best sheds in the Midlands.

Each building is uniquely crafted to your requirements, after specifying the size tell us where you would like your doors and windows and our team will produce a 3D sketch for you to check before paying your deposit.

Message us with a size and your postcode and our team will get back to you with a price followed by the specifications for your chosen building.

We also manufacture and install a full range of summerhouses, workshops, potting sheds, garages and garden rooms.
