"These are like Chinese nachos" was the comment Mel made. That was the plan.
I saw Emma Wells post these recently and knew I had to have some of the action.
Pork shoulder dusted with Chinese five spice, cooked in the slower cooker. Pulled then doused in hoisin sauce. Piled on to prawn crackers, topped with shredded cucumber and spring onions and a further drizzle of hoisin.
Very satisfying.
