Rag Wreath Workshops at Illuminating Weaves at Mile Oak Garden Centre, Tamworth on Sunday September 27th starting at 10am or 1.30pm. You will use a variety of woven tweed fabric to create a beautiful wreath that can be used year round. Everything you need will be provided and no special skills are needed-just a love of colour. 😀

Cost is £35 per person. Places are limited so please contact Ruth if you would like to book a spot. This workshop is also available on a day to suit you if you can’t make the 27th -just get in touch.

A huge thank you to everyone who made the Stitch Show such a success today. To The Stitching Lady and everyone else who helped to organise and run the event, to all the people who came to my stall to browse, chat, weave and buy, to all the other vendors…..thank you. And thanks to Hannah and Ben for helping today, feeding me and giving me a bed -you made it a joy!

Here’s some of the things I’ll be bringing along to the Stitching Fair at Scarborough Spa on Sunday, organised by The Stitching Lady. I’m all stocked up with weaving and Needlefelting kits, lots of fibre packs and some beautiful hand crafted items. It’s exciting to see the fair come together with lots of great stalls and workshops. Hope to see you there. 😀
