And it’s a wrap from me from The Wool Monty -thank you to everyone who stopped by to weave, chat, buy and share inspiration. It was great to catch up with some familiar faces and meet plenty of new fibre enthusiasts.

Big thanks to my Sunday helpers, Kathryn and Jack who kept me company, gave me a loo break (😂), kept me hydrated, helped me pack up and were generally good eggs!
And also thanks to The Wool Monty team who not only put on a fabulous show for us all but calmly and encouragingly helped with a couple of problems I had before the show began.

This summer I am part of some exciting events with Illuminating Weaves -wool shows and a retreat where I will be facilitating creative responses. It’s all good stuff but it does mean the studio will be close as follows….
5-7th June
12-14 June The Wool Monty
11-17th July Practicing Peace retreat
24th-26th July -Summer Wool Fair
7th-9 August -NE Wool fair

The rest of the time I will be doing the other thing I love and leading workshops at the studio as usual.

Always so exciting when The Wool Monty Show Guide arrives! It’s full of free patterns, info about the vendors and more. Not long to wait now! I’ve been busy and enjoying putting together kits, fibre pack and bargain braids of fibre, mini art batts are ready and 100g batts are being created in the next few days. 😀
