design advice such as choosing the correct colour schemes and selecting furniture or by providing you with a complete interior design concept. PACKAGE ONE: Basic
“FIND IT”
£200 (fixed fee per room)
A designer will guide you through personalised furniture and décor recommendations to match your requirements, style and budget. Price Includes:
A design profile including two personalised mood boards per room. Interactive shopping list including furniture, accessories, paint etc to fit the required budget
2 hours of one to one time with your designer to discuss the concept and present final ideas (2 x 1hr sessions*)
*Extra hours chargeable at £20ph
Who is this for? This package is best suited to clients who need help finding the perfect pieces or need ideas on how to update or refresh a room but just don’t have the time to do the leg work. Perfect for time and money saving. PACKAGE TWO: Complete
“DESIGN IT”
£300 (fixed fee per room)
A designer will guide you through personalised furniture and décor recommendations to match your requirements, style and budget. In addition to this you will receive a complete 3D floor plan of your design concept. Interactive shopping list including all furniture, accessories, paint etc to fit the required budget.
3 hours of one to one time with your designer to discuss the concept and present final ideas (2 x 1.5hr sessions*)
2 x Floor plans and 3D designs per room.
*Extra hours chargeable at £20ph
Who is this for? This package is best suited to clients looking to completely re-model a room or space with the right furniture, best layout, décor and finishing touches to gain a complete ‘designed’ look, but are struggling for inspiration and lacking in time. Perfect for a complete interior concept design at an affordable price. PACKAGE THREE: Home Staging
"STYLE IT"
£150 (consultation fee). The average buyer forms an impression within the first 15 seconds of entering your home. With our help your home can be styled to boost its selling potential by creating visually appealing rooms. After an initial consultation we can advise you on the changes we think you could make to your home to improve your chances of selling. We can further assist you in de-cluttering or putting into place any alterations. Price Includes:
1.5 - 2hr consultation with a designer (dependent on size of property)
Follow up report of suggested alterations. Extra services (additional cost)

Staging of a room - priced per room
Who is this for? This package is best suited to clients looking to sell and who want to realise the full potential of their home. Clients struggling to sell a property who need help to speed up the process by improving the appeal of their home. PACKAGE FOUR: Colour Consultation
£150 (consultation fee for 1hr). Colour plays an important role in creating harmony between the light and space in your home. We can advise you on the best combinations of colours and decor to maximise the beauty of a room. Price Includes:
1hr consultation with a designer (they can advise on up to 3 rooms in this time dependent on size of property)*
Follow up report including written specifications of colour schemes and suggestions of wallpaper.
*Extra rooms are charged at an additional £20 per room
Who is this for? Clients who wish to create a balanced and harmonious home using colour and decor and who require inspiration and advice on how best to achieve this. PACKAGE FIVE: Bespoke
