We’ve been back home for 5 weeks now and I thought I’d be getting straight back into making… However ….. 🤔🙂… scattering small piles of wool and needles across the table has been delayed because we adopted FRANK !!🐶 😍 from the wonderful people at He can pretend to be fast asleep only to appear as soon as something tempting is left unattended 🤣. He’s great at giving stuff up but I need to organise my making so that I don’t have to pack away for every break! I think small wooly animals will be too tempting for him to resist ! So I haven’t made anything recently but that doesn’t mean I can’t support other makers at so while Frank was out on his walk I treated myself to one of cool spoons ! 🥣🥄

Thank you to for creating our Sri Lanka itinerary for us - I think we got to see everything the country had to offer . Thanks too to our driver/guide Priyantha who was with us for 4 weeks from the local agents Resfeber Travel. And as a nod to our home town of Taunton we gifted a mug from to remember us by !! ☕️🫖🍃🙂

Got back home today after an amazing month in Sri Lanka - feeling a tad jaded after a 12 hour flight but it was worth it . It’s an amazing country - diverse in religion, culture, history , natural environments, national parks, flora, fauna and food . Everyone was so friendly. 1000s of photos were taken and it’ll take a while to go through them all but these are a couple of my favourites. 🇱🇰🐘🍚🛺🦎🐍☀️🌴🥥🍹
