A little update on the Marwan Academy.
Behind the scenes, we’re working through the practical details—from course length and how the training fits around hands-on experience, to getting everyone here. We’re even exploring a minibus, because transport shouldn’t be what stops someone with ambition from getting started.
And, naturally, I’m already thinking about graduation… 🎓
The plan? Bring everyone together at our distribution yard with their families to celebrate what they’ve achieved—with a big BBQ and hog roast. If you know me, you’ll know the catering was always going to get plenty of attention! 🥩
There’s still plenty to finalise, but the aim is clear: give people practical skills, a route into the trade and something to feel proud of.
