Day 2. Wow, thank you Plymouth Art Gallery for organising to have our stalls on the Barbican, Plymouth this weekend where we had non-stop sun all weekend. What a buzz, the sun brought out the people, it was so well attended with people spending their hard earned cash and going home with some tremendous items. For all of you who bought from me and my husband’s coin stall, thank you very much 😀 🐝 ☀️###

What a fantastic weekend 14 of us crocheters from all over the UK came together for our first crochet retreat in a lovely part of the south west near Chard.
A lovely bunch of ladies many who had never met each other before but had contact via their own YouTube channels. We arrived as strangers but left as forever friends with the great intent of doing it all over again next year. I have never laughed so much as I have this weekend due to many stories shared, the horrific event of both Coastal Crochet and Nicole Brooker (Be A Flamingo) being made homeless due to an outbreak of spiders in their hut, I thought I’d seen some speedy packing down of stallholders in the past but these two knocked spots off them! Fortunately there were some available sofa beds for them to be safe for the night.
I am hoping to share a YouTube video soon which will cover the antics of the weekend, you really wouldn’t want to miss it.
Many many thanks to Debs, and Lainy of Penny Pot Cottage who have worked tirelessly for the last few months organising this event for us all ❤️❤️
