A slightly different post from me today, but one about something that’s really close to my heart. 💛

With Youth Mental Health Day this week, I just wanted to share a little reminder to check in with the young people around us.

Not everyone who is struggling will show it. Sometimes it’s a change in mood, becoming quieter, more anxious or angry, losing interest in things they love, or simply not seeming quite themselves.

Check in. Ask twice. Listen without judgement.

Sometimes just knowing someone has noticed and is there can make all the difference. 💛
