Day 2 & 3

A nice easy morning yesterday putting Kelmores epoxy Dpm down to protect the floor from moisture.

We then returned for the final part of the Dpm Sandwich to screed with Kelmores level more pro.

The messy part is complete, we'll return once it's been decorated and the new kitchen is on 👌

Day 1 in St Asaph

We walked into this one thinking it would be straight forward, but how wrong were we.

We came across some old Cork tiles fully stuck to the floor which took some getting up 💪
We managed it and got the first coat of Level more pro down.
Back today for the Dpm.

We had this house for full 8 days, Lvt herringbone was installed first and then that left the carpets to be fitted in Vilamoura, on 9mm Vitality underlay and 💎 grippers. 👌

Well that's another beautiful Textures Herringbone Lvt install completed.

It's one of the biggest new builds we've done for a while, just over 80sqm in total, throughout the downstairs.

One of the new colours Traditional Oak which really does look stunning down 😍

Kelmore Flow was used with CS Primer (photos on last post) for the prep work, never lets us down! A massive thank you to the lads back at the Kelmore office for the help they gave me through out this job 🙏

Carpets upstairs next 👌

What a crazy week it's been so far! A few hiccups on Monday/Tues but we got there in the end.
A massive thank you to Sean from Kelmore who drove from Birmingham to bring me some primer, and also Ian from Shropshire building suppliers for lending me his grinder after mine blew up 🙏

80sqm of Kelmore Flow throughout the whole downstairs, installed on CS Primer.
What a product! Floorless finish ready for some Textures LVT herringbone 👌

A couple of weeks ago, we started another beautiful property, Cormar Primo Naturals - Brioche fitted to 3 bedrooms & Designer Loop Wool carpet fitted to the H/S/L and lounge dinner.
All fitted on 9mm Floorwise Tread underlay, Shortpin grippers and Brushes Nickel thresholds upstairs and brushed Black thresholds down stairs.

We also had the kitchen to do, a full uplift of old Marley tiles, Dpm Sandwich before laying Textures Light Oak Lvt - Light Oak.

Really chilled out job thanks to the customer helping with the furniture move and uplift.
Massive thank you to Neil Sutherland for this recommendation 🙏
He had done a fantastic job with the decorating 👌

Another stunning installation in Textures Lvt herringbone - Light Oak that we completed yesterday.
There was a bit of preparation needed on this one, the whole downstairs had to be mechanically grinded back before Kelmore's Level Pro screed went down.

This was installed on F.Balls 48plus high temperature adhesive throughout
Really happy with how this has transformed the downstairs of this property.

All finished!

Textures Lvt - Light Oak, installed in a lounge, kitchen and conservatory.

Not bad going really 4 days in total, including removing all the furniture out, full uplift & disposal of the old flooring and Marley tiles, Dpm sandwich and all the furniture back in before the customer returned home.

It was like we hadn't even been there 👌
