Another stunning installation in Textures Lvt herringbone - Light Oak that we completed yesterday.
There was a bit of preparation needed on this one, the whole downstairs had to be mechanically grinded back before Kelmore's Level Pro screed went down.

This was installed on F.Balls 48plus high temperature adhesive throughout
Really happy with how this has transformed the downstairs of this property.

All finished!

Textures Lvt - Light Oak, installed in a lounge, kitchen and conservatory.

Not bad going really 4 days in total, including removing all the furniture out, full uplift & disposal of the old flooring and Marley tiles, Dpm sandwich and all the furniture back in before the customer returned home.

It was like we hadn't even been there 👌

Well today was a fun start to the week.
We'd uplifted the downstairs laminate to find marley tiles underneath, they had to come up and then to find the floor was wet underneath, changing our plans for to day.

We still managed to get the first coat of Ardex CL Plus down and it's already made a huge difference.

Back early tomorrow to get the Dpm down and fingers crossed it cures for the afternoons final screed 🙏

We finished another beautiful job we started a couple of months back today.
We'd previously given the whole down stairs a make over With textures Lvt and then fitted all 4 bedrooms in Cormar Primo Natural carpet.

The stairs needed shaping and then sent off to Shropshire Binding to be bound down the sides.
Once the painter had finished we popped back today to get it all fitted.

We do get to work in some gorgeous places, and this is another little Gem.

Phase 1

Nearly 250sqm in total in Cormar Primo Textures carpet, 9mm Tread underlay and tack fast grippers to all the bedrooms & stairs to the attic area.
The lounge has underfloor heating so we opted for Treadaire King underlay, finished off with Antique Brass door bars.
There's still around 120sqm to do once we start phase 2 in a couple of weeks once the other trades have done their part.

It's been a rough old week ☀️☀️☀️ 🥵
