What a wonderfully healing afternoon spent at a beautiful women’s drumming circle. 💛🥁

I finally got to take my new shamanic drum along, and although I was a little nervous beforehand, I’m so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone. There’s something incredibly powerful about sitting in a circle of women, sharing rhythm, energy and connection. It was such a grounding and uplifting experience.

A huge thank you to my lovely friend Debs (InHolistics) for booking it and giving me the gentle push I needed. Sometimes the things that scare us a little end up bringing us the most joy. I’m so grateful, and I can’t wait for the next one. ✨❤️

There really is something magical about ending the day around a crackling fire. 🔥✨

Tonight felt extra special as I had my very first play on my handmade shamanic drum. The steady heartbeat of the drum mixed with the dancing flames created the most grounding, peaceful energy. 🌙🥁

A perfect reminder to slow down, reconnect with nature, and simply be present. Sometimes the soul needs nothing more than firelight, rhythm, and a quiet evening under the open sky.

As I sat watching today’s thunderstorm roll through, it got me thinking about life.

Storms can feel dark, loud, and overwhelming. We often wish them away, hoping for clear skies to return as quickly as possible. But just like nature, life has its seasons. Sometimes we need to sit through the storm, feel the rain, and trust that it won’t last forever.

The challenges we face, no matter how difficult, help shape us into stronger, wiser versions of ourselves. They teach us resilience, patience, and appreciation for the brighter days.
