Not the crunchy ones you have at Easter 🐇 these are chocolaty marshmallow squares

Super easy to make, I think I prefer the classic marshmallow recipe though.....

Blessed Doughnuts

This was actually from a few weeks ago, with half term I have been so busy I haven't had time to do the voice over 🤣 looking at them now makes me want to get the fryer out again

Absolutely delicious 9/10 I think they deserved a 10/10 but maybe I am biased......

I choose raspberry jam for the filling. What would you put in yours? Strawberry Jam? Custard? Nutella??

🍫✨ BLESSED BROWNIES ✨🍫

This week’s feature went down an absolute treat with my church mum group 🙌🤎
Ultra gooey, rich, chocolatey brownies with that dreamy crackly top 😍

My TOP brownie tips 👇
🤎 Use a mix of caster sugar + brown sugar for the perfect texture
🥚 Beat your eggs for 4–5 minutes until thick and pale — this is the secret to that shiny crackle top ✨
🍫 Keep your chocolate chunks CHUNKY so they stay melty and gooey instead of disappearing into the batter 😋

The verdict from the mums? 👀
Let’s just say there weren’t many crumbs left 😂

If you can have 🥦'broccoli and stilton" 🥦why not 🍅'tomato and boursin' 🍅

So easy.....

🍅Add a load of cherry tomatoes, sliced red onions and 5 cloves of garlic to a roasting tray

🍅Drizzle over with plenty of olive oil, salt and brown sugar

🍅Roast for 20 mins at 200c

🍅Add a whole boursin and bake for 20 mins

🍅Add a tin of tomatoes and 2 tins of water, splash of balsamic and extra seasoning

Blitz till smooth 😘

This year, I made my daughter a Miffy cakefor her 3rd birthday, because she absolutely loves Miffy.

Thankfully, unlike my eldest daughter’s request for the notoriously tricky duck cake, this one was much more straightforward! I made a large vanilla sprinkle sheet cake, created a Miffy template inspired by the books, cut the shape out, and covered it in plenty of buttercream. Then I added liquorice eyes and Miffy’s little signature mouth.

I was so pleased with how it turned out—and, most importantly, she loved it!
