Unfortunately, not every customer I meet has had a positive flooring experience. Sometimes, it's the product that's failed or it's the results of a poor installation. This lovely family needed a new floor after their current laminate flooring fitted by another company started to gap and splinter after only a year or so of installation. I think you'll agree that the transformation is amazing and really brings style and personality to a beautiful family home.
