SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Save the Date!
This year’s Festival of Thetford & Punjab will take place 17-19 July 2026.

Get ready for a weekend of exciting events at Ancient House Museum, The Thomas Paine Hotel’s Annual Curry Night, talks in Thetford Library, and the Thetford Mela, a day of music, performance and dance at Thetford Grammar School.

This year we’re also teaming up with Arts La'Olam to create a series of wonderful workshops for local residents in the run up to the festival, with music, dance and textile art.

The Festival of Thetford & Punjab is a cross-cultural celebration inspired by the people of Thetford and the Duleep Singh family, the last Royal Family of the Punjab who lived in nearby Elveden.

We also have a lovely selection of his work, originals and prints plus these ones pictured here from his latest range 'Little Architectural Delights'. Have you got your photos ready for this year's Calendar Competition? You still have plenty of time, whether you want to submit something you snapped a while back or whether you want to get out and take some fresh shots in the coming weeks.

Top tips, bear in mind the judges will be looking for photos that will fit the calendar seasonally as well as being a good fit for Thetford.

Open to everyone of all abilities, minimum size 1mb plus needs to be a landscape image. Contact us for full T&C's 📷

Who doesn't love a great story? These amazing dogs and sofa ensemble were created by the very talented Christine from Hullabaloo, our resident needle felter. They sold within a few days to one of our lovely regular customers who owns beautiful sight hounds herself. Inspired by our shop and buying a fabulous rare breed roving bag from Fay, The Woodland Haberdasher (another of our fab makers) she decided to embark on needle felting herself and this fabulous little fellow is her FIRST attempt - how amazing is he?! ❤️🤩
