It's all good and coming together amazing what a bit of good weather brings
A big thanks to Kevin Russell, Tom Houseman, Connor McDaid,Ryan Parkin and Weatherhead construction for bringing this all together and last but not least Steve Morris Projects for having patience and a wee bit of faith in me and the lads😉
It's all going on galvanised cladding getting done hopefully trees getting planted in a couple of weeks this fase nearly there.

A big update to were we are over the last few weeks
All going on here from installation of deep drainage to sett up garden steps walls ducting for lighting etc, its starting to take shape light at the end of the tunnel 😉
A big thank you to Kevin Russell and Tom Houseman for jumping on to the paving to push the job on a bit and what a fantastic job there doing.wil
Planting of the trees next month hopefully 🙏if it drys out a bit but will keep you posted

Happy new yr folks
It's been a tough two weeks big thaw out this week conditions as you can see are brutal but progress being made getting foundations in for retaining walls doing make up on sub soil and soil,making up paths and shuttering for steps and we have a new cook on board😉👌.

Well folks it's been a trying 2 weeks but I'd say we have made a dent in it weather permitting!!
Brick layers have been in an out in 3 days great group of lads and great job done
Upto to our necks In mud literally 😉
Painting a waterproof membrane on the rear of the retaining wall and installation of a filtration system for water egress.
Bringing everything upto level now ready for clay pavers and Yorkshire stone paving to garden room area all utilities pipe and ducting installed.
First of the steps being installed to the upper terrace area.
Lads have being exercising there brains and excelling at that ,💪👏😉
