I’m starting the new knitting year with a shawl by it will be made with oddments of my yarn’s leftover from other projects, so I have no idea how this will look by the end 🤣 but as I’m restricted to my sofa I am determined to make good use of my time 😎🧶🫶🏻

I have finished clue one, I am so pleased with my colour choices. There is so much detail in each of these scallops. It is such a pleasure to look at 🥰😍😍

So my health and fear of another rewrite stopped me from joining last years mkal, but I’m in for this years! So if you don’t want spoilers over the coming days and weeks you might need to mute me , make sure you come back though 🤣😎🫶🏻 these were the colours I wanted to use over this autumn, so I wasn’t sure at first which would fit with the pattern. My next post will show what I decided on 🥰

I found a lovely, new little wool shop on a trip to Chepstow this weekend. I couldn’t resist these colours. The shop is also home to a fab needle felter with a lovely range of fibres . Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area 😎🧶🧶🧶🧶
