They’re back!

After nearly a year of not working on my glass work due to my focus on setting up ( a community interest company for neuro diverse people giving them the opportunity to have access to outdoor space), I have finally managed to get back into the workshop 😀

This time away has reawakened my love of glass and having spent time working with groups of adults with additional needs over this last year has inspired me to experiment with some new ideas in my art world. All in good time.

For now, the much asked for flowers vases are back and on sale in .

Lovely friends and family, I have been off the radar for a while as Phaedra Glass as I have been busy elsewhere.

Most of you will know my daughter Corrie and together, with our dear friend Sarah, we have officially set up a community interest company (CIC) called Withywood and we are happy to announce that we have our first patron,

Withywood offers a support structure for growth for young adults with learning challenges and special gifts to learn skills in horticulture in an oasis of nature.

The paucity of provision to access outdoor natural environments for a lot of us with needs propelled us to set this up and we are overjoyed to have had our official launch last week with an abundant deluge of support.
You know who you are, THANKS 😊

Ps I’m still working with glass but no as full time as I was. 😁

We are so very happy to have Clive’s stunning artwork here on display and for sale.

Though we have such little space in our humble gallery, we have decided that we will open our doors to a rotation of guest artists every few months. All of us Owls are feeling very privileged to have Clive‘s beautiful work here as our launch guest artist.
Thanks

In the next few days we will be announcing a date for the Private Viewing of his work, so keep a lookout.

More images coming soon, but much better seen with your own eyes! 👀❤️
