Mavericks Wave

Situated in Trevaunance Cove a complete refurbishment to update this tired apartment was undertaken. Designed and managed by Studio Far West and built by .

We began by transforming the layout maximising the offering by creating 4 bedrooms with one master ensuite, kitchen, pantry, family bathroom and large sea view lounge.

Planning permission was obtained to create a Seaview window in the lounge and for installation of an air source heat pump updating with a modern heating system. Kitted out with underfloor heating and finished to a high specification.

Kids room - bespoke cabin beds built in to maximise space in this small room, this would comfortably sleep kids and adults alike!
