So many mushrooms!! Going to Finland later in the summer means they just sprout everywhere, especially after rain. We were only brave enough to eat chanterelles (kanterelli) and penny buns (tatti).

I've had a go at making some cards. It was really fun. I'll sell them at my first fair on Saturday. Hard to price them because they are each individual and a mini print, but then how much do people actually want to spend on cards... tricky!

I am constantly amazed by hedges! They change daily, yet are constant in their diversity and chaos. If you walk past the same hedge year in, year out, you become familiar with the plants that grow in each area. The plants seem to bide their time to have their turn to shine, and as soon as one spectacle comes to an end another is just beginning.

All these prints were made in the last few weeks using bio-based acrylic paints and Khadi handmade recycled paper.

They are unique one-offs, never to be made again.

I love red clover, it's a perennial so I know the patches where it pops up every year.
