SELF CARE

After years of losing my hair I’ve tried EVERYTHING to grow it back. Some things worked for a while then it would snap off again
The I discovered Chāmpo Haircare & it all changed.
This is NOT an Ad but when I find something that changes my life I just have to share. I first started with the Pitta growth serum last year & saw a huge difference with brand new hairs growing too, I then tried the shampoo & condition a few months later, then last week I bought the new hair mask, I wish you could smell, it’s amazing. With only one use my hair feels amazing, so roll on tomorrow when I use it again 🙌🏻💁🏼‍♀️

I’m not saying this will work for everyone but after 5yrs my hair is almost one length & feeling so much thicker

A KITCHEN VIEW

Looks like today is not going to be as sunny, so it’s unlikely we’ll be sat in the garden looking in at this view. I’ve been looking back at photos of the old kitchen & it’s staggering the difference since getting rid of grey & white & just how much energy a colourful room injects into your life.

I’d love to get rid of the grey decking but I think John would divorce me if I pushed him on that as he thinks the house is almost finished 😂
On that note, the decking needs repainting, I summer job I despise more every year 🫣😫

Well I braved a pair of shorts at the weekend, despite my white pins 😂

I’m loving these £12.99 tops from Zara, I’ve bought all 4 colours, I’ve also bought a 2nd black one & will probs buy a 2nd white one. The quality is amazing & it has an extra layer inside so you don’t see any bra lines 🙌🏻

SUNNY DAYS ☀️

We may not have the biggest or prettiest garden but it’s a total sun trap in the summer. We literally spent the full day yesterday lying on our sunbeds pretending we were in Cyprus (our favourite holiday destination)
We did however decide at the last minute to go in search of a beer garden 🍻

Today will be spent again lying on our sunbeds with our favourite playlist on the speakers soaking in some more rays 🙌🏻

IS THERE ANYTHING NICER…

Than a clean tidy kitchen? Well actually there is! A clean tidy kitchen with a beautiful spring scent filling the air 👃🏼

I gave the whole room a good scrub yesterday, including all of the drawers (the spice drawer was a bu**er though). It feels very satisfying knowing it’s done & I can kick back & enjoy the nice weather, I’ll even take this gorgeous outside with me 🥰
