Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing from Deep Waters Glass you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this page and by accessing this page and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. About your glass
Every piece of Deep Waters Glass is individually designed, made by hand from a variety of glass mediums, inclusions and embellishments and fired in one of my kilns. The handmade nature of my work results in each piece being totally unique and subject to variations in pattern, colour, texture, bubbles and finish. Slight imperfections are to be expected and enhance the natural beauty of handmade piece fused and shaped glass. As such, should you place an order for a design seen on my page please be aware that while every effort will be taken to replicate the piece it will be subject to some degree of variation. All photography is is carried out by me and while every effort is taken to ensure pieces are depicted as accurately as possible differing technology and settings may render slight variance in results. None of the glass produced by Deep Waters Glass has been tested in either a microwave, oven or dishwasher. As such we recommend your glass is not heated and is cleaned either in warm soapy water or with a soft cloth. Some pieces will require to remain dry and this will be advised at time of purchase.
