Splendid bike and hike up to see three waterfalls near Kinsarvic in 🇳🇴Norway. 462 metres high. Bike ride 4 miles up a winding mountain road and hike 7 .5 miles but challenging over boulders and roots going at a steep incline.
Swam in the rather cool waters on the way home. Note the buoys at the beginning of the video to the right. They were there to stop me falling down the waterfall😳
