GRADE 1 LISTED PROJECT | BEFORE & AFTER

Another transformation completed as part of our ongoing Grade 1 Listed Property Project.

Extensive preparation was carried out to preserve and enhance the original architectural details, including the decorative wall panelling, intricate columns, cornices and period woodwork.

Finished using Graphenstone GCS, chosen for its high-quality mineral finish and suitability for character and heritage properties.

Colour scheme:
Walls — Olive
Ceilings — Ivory
Woodwork & period detailing — Ivory

The contrast between the deep Olive walls and Ivory architectural details really brings the original features back to life while retaining the character of this beautiful listed property.

PROJECT COSTA ☕️ | SUNDAY “GUN DAY” 🔫

Sunday on site means one thing… out comes the Graco 695.

Today we’re continuing the spray works on our commercial Costa project, using the Graco Ultra Max II 695 paired with Zinsser AllCoat Commercial, supplied by

The exposed ceilings and structural beams have been colour matched to Dulux 30YY 46/036, giving the whole ceiling structure a clean, uniform finish.

The Graco 695 is a serious commercial airless spray unit. Its high-output capability makes it ideal for larger projects like this, allowing us to cover extensive steelwork and ceiling areas efficiently while maintaining an even, consistent finish.

Zinsser AllCoat Commercial is equally suited to demanding commercial environments, offering strong adhesion, durability and a hard-wearing finish across a wide variety of surfaces.

Spraying also gives us a major advantage on this type of structure — getting around beams, edges, junctions and difficult areas while producing a much more uniform finish than traditional application methods.

Commercial decorating • Airless spraying • Industrial coatings

ROUGHAM HEATH GRAIN STORES | PROJECT COMPLETION

Completion this weekend at our Rougham Heath Grain Stores project.
We’ve been carrying out the internal decoration of the new industrial and commercial office areas, with the project now entering its final stages.

For the walls, we’ve used Little Greene Portland Stone Light in Intelligent Matt.
This gives the offices a refined, low-sheen matt appearance while providing the durability needed for a commercial environment. Intelligent Matt is fully washable, water-based and designed for high-traffic areas, allowing everyday marks to be cleaned while retaining the quality of the finish.

The woodwork has been finished in Little Greene Slaked Lime 105 – Intelligent Satin. With a sophisticated 30–35% satin sheen, Intelligent Satin is a hard-wearing, washable water-based coating designed specifically for interior joinery, doors, frames and other surfaces that experience regular knocks and wear.

The combination of Portland Stone Light walls and Slaked Lime 105 woodwork creates a clean, modern and professional finish throughout the office areas, while specifying Little Greene's Intelligent range gives the client a finish designed for durability and easier ongoing maintenance.

Another commercial project nearly over the line for Edge Decorating Services Ltd.
