So much happens behind the scenes on our design projects before anything takes shape on site.

From floor and lighting plans, mood boards and renders, to carefully selecting samples and refining the colour scheme, every detail is considered.

We also work through the finer details, from intricate designs for custom-sized wardrobes and kitchens to finding the right products and finishes for each space.

There’s plenty of discussion, design development and revisions along the way – all working towards the final result.

Here’s a little sneak peek behind the scenes of a project we’re currently developing with one of our longstanding clients, still in the early stages of the design process.

On site with Melissa, our new Window Dressings Consultant, fitting curtains for one of our newest projects.

Bespoke Casamance fabric combined with Silent Gliss hand-operated curtain tracks, including a custom piece to provide a tailored solution for a tricky window.

We can’t wait to share the finished result!

The heart of Boscubben.

At the centre of this West Cornwall farmhouse, the bespoke Burbidge kitchen was designed and fitted by Iroka to work naturally within the character of the property.

Paired with natural stone worktops by Everything Stone and Ca’ Pietra flooring, the space balances considered design with the practicalities of everyday living.

“I need a new sofa, but I don’t know where to start…”

Choosing the right sofa is about more than just finding one you like. From getting the size right to thinking about how you’ll use it, comfort, fabric and overall style all play a part.

Still not sure where to start? Visit us in Hayle or Wadebridge and our team can help you find the right option for your space.
