** Showroom Update **

01/10/2026

🔥 A LITTLE UPDATE FROM FLAMES 🔥

Over the last couple of weeks, our showroom opening hours have unfortunately been affected by illness.

As a small, family-run independent business, when one of us is unwell or attending medical appointments, we don’t always have someone available to simply step in and cover the showroom.

But please be assured — Flames is still very much OPEN and running. ❤️

We’re doing everything we can to keep things moving, respond to customers and minimise disruption. However, to avoid any unnecessary journeys, please check with us before travelling to the showroom, as our opening hours may occasionally change at short notice.

💬 simply message us directly through this page.

To make up for any missed opportunities to visit us during our usual opening hours, we’re also happy to offer out-of-hours showroom appointments for new and potential customers wherever possible.

We really appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we navigate this temporary situation.

Health has to come first, but Flames isn’t going anywhere. 🔥

We’re hoping to be completely back to normal very soon and look forward to welcoming you into the showroom.

Thank you for continuing to support our small family business. ❤️

❤️ A little update from us at Flames…

Unfortunately, due to illness, we’ve had to keep the showroom closed for the past three days.

As many of you know, we’re a small, family-run business, and sometimes when illness strikes, finding cover simply isn’t possible.

We’d like to reassure all our existing, current and future customers that everything is still in hand. 🔥 Your orders, installations, enquiries and ongoing work haven’t been forgotten — we’re simply running a little behind while we get back on our feet.

We completely understand that delays can be frustrating and really appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding and continued support.

We’re aiming to be back open as normal from Tuesday 22nd September. 🤞

Thank you for bearing with us — being a small independent business means your support genuinely does mean the world to us. ❤️

Some people find four-leaf clovers… we find heart-shaped logs. ❤️🪵

🔥❤️ WOULD YOU BURN IT… OR KEEP IT? ❤️🔥

While filling up the log store for our showroom fires today, we pulled out THIS… 🪵👀

A completely natural, full-size heart-shaped log. ❤️

Considering we spend our days surrounded by fireplaces, we’re taking it as a sign that we must really LOVE what we do. 😂🔥

So… does it go on the fire, or has it earned a permanent place in the Flames showroom?
