Well, what a morning already! 😅
First, I dropped my eldest grandson off at the station as he’s now doing an apprenticeship—I’m so proud of him. ❤️ Then it was home for a shower before my meeting with my support worker, and I managed to get back just in time to see my youngest grandson off to school.
I finally arrived at the shop around 10:30… although it may have been a little later! 😂 I’ve got my Greggs latte and I’ve eaten the sausage wrap my youngest grandson made for me—bless him. 🥰
Now I’m sitting here wondering where to start!
The cushion inserts have arrived, so I need to decide which cushion covers to put on them. The Halloween window also needs sorting, but I may leave that for my daughter to do when she’s in next week while I’m in Dubai. There is always something to do when you run your own shop—it’s never-ending!
On the Dubai front, I’ve finally sorted my Eurochange card. I didn’t get to use it in Antalya because I left it at home! 🙈 Now I just need to load some UAE dirhams onto it and sort out some cash to take with me.
Dubai is getting so close now, and the nerves are definitely starting to kick in… but I’m excited too! ✈️🇦🇪
