What an amazing day I've had with . We had some time learning how to use my camera, all about the perfect settings and what each of the important numbers meant. Then we had a play about with taking some photos and changing settings so I could see the difference those numbers make!

A very informative session and now feel so much more confident using the camera to take pictures of my cards. Practice makes perfect. Next session will be abit more on editing and also taking more photographs especially for my website/shop.

Exciting times. Also how cute is her dog?! Lucky thing slept for hours on end all snuggled up and warm in the sunshine.

Well summer has been an absolute blast! I've been non stop super busy entertaining the kids and going here there and everywhere on days out. But now they are back to school (and college) it's time for me to put back on my business hat and get making some beautiful cards for you all.

A big job for a little girl!

Well hello there, long time no post!

I’m not gonna lie I’ve found it very hard to get back to posting anything on my socials because I’ve felt - well less than social!

Although I’ve been making the odd card or cake topper here and there I’ve felt I had to take time for myself and my family rather than concentrating on my business. My head has not been in the game for some time now but I really want to change that and show you what I’ve been making for those people who have been lovely enough to still buy from me and support me.

So I hope I feel strong enough to try and post abit more regularly now.

This card was made back in December all those months ago when I showed you the sneak peek and then never posted again.

Well hello there! Long time no see.

First of all the run up to Christmas got very busy what with the school raffle taking up a lot of my time and of course shopping for all the presents and preparation that goes along with Christmas in general.

New year was spent in Amble with family which was brilliant as always. Family is everything isn’t it? 🥰🥰🥰

And then January has been a social media break for my own mental health and time of reflection for me business wise as I’ve not been getting many orders and certainly still no where near a profit. (Yep just submitted those dreaded tax returns).

I was ready to throw in the towel but do you know what…..

I’M BACK!

I’m ready to fight again and get those orders rolling in. I love what I do and enjoy the whole process of making, it really feeds my soul and happiness meter.

So shop small and think of me when you have a birthday, anniversary, wedding or any other reason when you might need a card.
