Good morning,

It’s a very wet and dark morning in Newcastle! ☔️ 😣 but at least it’s Friday 🙌🏼

Very different post, but any of my Newcastle followers.. do you know of any part time work going anywhere? 🤔

It’s for my Niece, Chloe.
She’s 16, currently in sixth form still studying.
But she’s wanting some part time work which can only be either a couple of evenings through the week after school or over a weekend.

She’s very well mannered, polite, punctual and a quick learner. Also very funny 🤣

A little home office freshen up ✨

-A couple of cracks to repair
-New skirting boards primed and prepped
-Ceiling finished in a premium white matt
-Walls finished in ‘James White’ cleanable matt
-Woodwork primed and finished in a water based satin

It’s been just over a year since I fractured my ribs 😮‍💨

My ribs have healed, but I do have permanent muscle damage. I’m still feeling the affects of that especially after certain jobs, but thankfully it doesn’t affect any strength training in the gym. I just get some discomfort if I’ve over done it or it’s been a big job I’ve been working on.

That being said, I’m really pulling back now on the big jobs going forward. By this I mean in height and size of areas and rooms. Working above my head for too long, standing and twisting on ladders and platforms over staircases etc is just too uncomfortable 😣

I’ll be allowing extra time to complete jobs and extra recovery time before another job starts depending on what I’ve been working on previously.

With the muscle damage being permanent, it’s just not worth adding to any discomfort.

Good morning!

I hope you’ve had a nice weekend.
Unfortunately the job I was supposed to be on today and tomorrow I’ve had to rearrange due to discovering lead paint work.
I don’t have the required availability to safely carry out and complete the work on time so it’s having to be rescheduled.

I’m catching up on a few things and sorting materials for a new job starting on Wednesday 🙌🏼

So my phone BLEW UP this morning whilst I was just eating me jam on toast 😂

Messages and screenshots have been ridiculous. So, just to clear this up for those so desperate in that toxic comment section for this to be about me.. here’s your answer.

The reason I’ve posted this on my page is because social media can be a very vicious and harmful place, and these forums thrive off it which is one of the reasons I’m not in any of them.

I don’t know the situation behind this post, nor do I know who it’s about. I don’t think I’m anybody special because of a following either, but all assumptions lead to my name which I will always defend.

I’ve turned the comments off because this isn’t open for any speculation or slander towards anyone.

I appreciate North & Son Decorators for clearing that up in a message 👍🏼
