At evolspace we pride our selves on reliability and honesty not on our work we work on a tight budget and tight time frame all to get you some cheap usable space in your garden or storage it is harder to deliver this every time on such a tight budget but we always do it over 80 sheds completed and it realy breaks our hearts every time we dont get a review or we feel we didn't please the customer over the total finish but our promise is time how quick we do it and we always stick to our budget we never take deposits theres no hidden charges we always turn up so I do say to new customers we are only their to build a shed there is no finishing no trims no extra smoothing over the render not any where if the windows are stiff it is what it is if the door breaks one day after we leave there is no warranty on doors or windows there cheap for the customer to take the risk not the business all this is so we dont have to put our prices up any more. And we know customers always right and even when prices go up we get knocked down everytime so we no price is more important than finish rant over happy first birthday evolspace and mamy more to come

Some of our sheds all under 7k
We are for customers that just want a basic structure that is better than timber our sheds are single skin block work with a 50mm insolated warm roof secondhand doors windows built on 5inch raft with facia and guttering simple but unbeatable design low cost and long lasting not there to look good all though you can get them looking good after we have left and there so easy to turn in to a 30k garden room for under 10k.

These sheds do not need any planning permission they are under 2.5m height as long as you have space in your garden and they can not be attached to a property we dont do any plastering or electricity. We can take away old exsiting sheds too we do all prep work only extras is the other 3 sides rendered thats £90 per side on small sheds and £120 per side on bigger sheds French door is extra £200 these prices is for everything waste labour and materials no hidden costs we take £50 deposit for advance bookings there is no up front deposits
