Practice makes perfect!

Here are a few items I have been practice making

Coin purse, a little wonky, need to Practice my cutting out.

Card holder, the first was a little small, so I scaled up the pattern and made the 2nd, but realised when I came to sew this together at the end that I hadn't quite calculated it right, 3rd practice made with scraps came out fine so now I have pattern to make more.

Bowl cosy, loved making this!

Now to buy some more materials and make more!

To all my lovely followers, customers buying pottery and attending workshop, I havnt posted in a while, as I have been a little bit unwell, I finally found out the reason a few weeks ago and it's wasn't good news. I have been diagnosed with the dreaded BIG C.

I am due to start a rather gruelling regime of Chemoradiotheraphy in the next couple of weeks but the doctors are optimistic that the treatment will be successful and I will in time make a full recovery.

As you can imagine it was massive shock and has been an emotional rollercoaster.

So I maybe a little quiet for the next few months as I need to concentrate on my treatment and recovery so will be taking a break from pottery workshops, but may still work on making the odd few pieces when i am feeling physically able to as it is good for my mental health.

Thankyou so much to all my customers, I will be back soon ♥️
